Registration

Base fee:
  • Include your marketing materials in participants’ conference bags. You provide approximately 700 copies and pay a fee totaling $125.
  • Exhibitor Tables are located in the main lobby of the conference center. There are a limited number of Level 1 Table spaces available and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Tables are not officially reserved until payment has been received. Prices go up after October 31st.

    Extra Tables available for $150 per table.

    Exhibitor table registration fee includes the cost for meals for one person. If a second person will join you at the exhibitor table, please pay the additional fee per person indicated here.

    *Options for add-ons are available by continuing through registration.

  • The ad will be full page and in full color. Must provide pdf of ad by January 1st, 2018

  • The cost of the program is typically $1,000.
  • You will need to donate 500 bags or subsidize the purchasing of 500 bags by AAGT.

If you are registering as a group or have multiple registrants of the same type, please register by using the "Add a Guest" option at the bottom of each registration.

For organizational purposes, adding guests for group registrations will help us and school districts/organizations/families to send and receive invoices more efficiently.

Disclaimer: The Add a Gust option will not work for registrations of different types (i.e. 1 member and 1 non-member).

The 2019 AAGT Annual Conference will take place on Thursday, February 7 and Friday, February 8, 2019 at the Black Canyon Conference Center in Phoenix. AAGT has established a reputation for holding outstanding conferences that draw participants throughout Arizona. Becoming an exhibitor with AAGT will give you access to over 400 teachers, administrators, and parents each day of the event. Typical exhibitors include providers of educational resources, schools with programs targeting high ability students, and organizations which provide field trips, in-class programs, and enrichment opportunities. Booth space is limited and reserved on a first come, first served basis to exhibitors who have paid the exhibitor fee. Early bird pricing is available through October 31, so don't delay. We look forward to seeing you in February!
